An independent app studio
Velassi designs and builds apps that are simple to use and kind to attention. No ads, no tracking, and nothing that gets in the way.
Our apps
Each one does a single job well, works the way people expect, and respects the people who use it.
AAC app · Android & Amazon Fire tablets
Tap a picture. Say it out loud.
A picture-based communication app. Tap tiles to build a sentence and the tablet says it out loud. Words stay in the same place every time, so finding them becomes second nature.
Coloring app for young children
Color a friend, and it comes alive.
Five painted worlds and 84 pages to color. Tap to fill, or use crayon, glitter and patterns, with a friendly voice in 21 languages. Coming to the Amazon Appstore for Fire tablets and to Google Play.
How we build
Our apps show no advertising and don't follow anyone around. We collect as little as we can and never sell personal information.
TalkTiles keeps its board and speech working offline, because communication can't wait for a connection.
Clear screens and steady layouts. In TalkTiles every word keeps its place, so hands learn where to go.
Free to start, or pay once. Ending a TalkTiles subscription never takes away basic communication.
One studio, many shapes
TalkTiles turns picture tiles into spoken sentences, with every word right where you left it.
In Pastelings, a few taps of color bring a friend to life, with sparkles, patterns and a friendly voice.
Everything we make follows the same rules: calm screens, no ads, no tracking and honest pricing.
Apps today. More tomorrow. We build carefully, one product at a time, and there is more on the way.
